Teachers: Please fill out the form below to RSVP for the MAXCourage Children’s Celebration, our annual awards luncheon for the published authors! This year’s ceremony is on Thursday, May 21, from 12:00 to 2:30 p.m. in Dorchester.

If a principal from your school would also like to attend the event, please include that information here. (As long as you include any dietary restrictions for them, they don’t need to fill out their own form!)
