This registration form is for educators and service providers working outside of traditional classroom settings (e.g., after-school and summer programs) who are interested in helping their students participate in MAXCourage.

There are no fees or obligations associated with registration—we highly encourage participants to use our curriculum guides and submit student writing to our essay contest, but submission is optional!
