2009-2010 School Year

On our Forms page, you will find Courage in My Life (sixth grade program) registration materials for the 2009-2010 Academic Year. Please be advised that the Teacher Enrollment Form is required for participation and the Classroom Volunteer Form is required if you would like a volunteer to visit your classroom.

There is also a list of the important dates and deadlines for the Courage in My Life program, as well as essay contest guidelines and a cover sheet.

Please complete the 2 required forms and return them to the Max Warburg Courage Curriculum office at your earliest convenience (before October 8th, 2009) by mail, email or fax. If you have friends and colleagues who may be interested in participating in this program, please pass these materials along!
